Okay, when I was 13 I met this guy who came for Christmas vacation. I ended up really liking him. We talked a lot and whenever we hung out people said we looked like we were dating. The following summer he came back and we hung out like we did. He even kissed me after a while of us talking. After that summer I ended up moving away and we didn't talk for 2 years. Last year, my best friend and his cousin told me that when she teased him about me he wouldn't stop smiling. Now I'm 16 and I'm going to see him again for the summer. The only problem is I still like him. Should I make a move this summer or is it too late?
