If its not one thing its another

Was hospitalized 3 days for kidney stones and pancreatitis and bad kidney infection. Then found out today I also have stomach ulcers and can't take NSAIDs anymore. Today was the first day since I have been in here that they let me eat or drink anything, but just clear liquids. I also have hypoglycemia that my Dr said would probably turn into diabetes if not careful so he put me on a diabetic diet. Getting really depressed and frustrated, feel like I'll never be healthy.... have you ever had pancreatitis or stomach and if so did you change your diet to prevent further ones?
