Always bleeding

I had my mirena inserted late January and I have been bleeding almost everyday ever since. Usually just spotting but I am on my second period since and they seem normal. If not bleeding then an odd discharge... Once a day I get a spell of cramping and pain when I stand or walk that usually doesn't last long. Anyone else experiencing anything similar?
