I am currently TTC. If it is a boy I want to give him my nephew's first name as a middle name. My brother lost his son in 2011, he was only six months old. His name was Elijah. Do you think that they would be OK with that?

I think it's awesome but I would ask for permission first

They may be okay with it but on the other hand it may be more meaningful to them and they could be planning to try again and use the name themselves? Talk to them and see how they feel but if you like it then go for it
