Meds in TWW

So I'm currently in my two week wait, maybe this sounds crazy but anyway, i just found out I have a UTI and I've had serious back pain so I was prescribed Tylenol codeine & ibuprofen 800s for the pain and inflammation. Is it okay for me to take these? Could it affect implantation? Hoping I finally conceived so I don't wanna take any chances. Sorry if this sounds stupid..
