I have no idea how to get it from being infected. It's hurts like crazy and idk what to do. Can someone please help me?

It's not infected, it's just a keloid(scar tissue bubble) soak it with 91% alcohol

I had my industrial pierced twice and it looked like this both times, I had to take it out and let it heal each time .. it looked just like that. You could always go to a doctor and see what they say. Maybe it wasn't pierced in a good spot for your body or maybe the jewelry is irritating the skin.

Coconut oil helped my piercings heal up IMMENSELY well! It's antibacterial so I put some on after I shower and it's kept all mine great. I used to have problems with my cartilage (keloids and such) but not anymore. A&D ointment helped me for a bit too.

stop touching it. soak it in sea salt water twice a day. (is what most people will tell you). You could also just put a drop of peroxide or rubbimg alcohol on it twice a day.
