Am I out?!? Possible TMI!!

I have hardly any symptoms and I'm about 11dpo. I am experiencing alot of bloating which is usually normal but I have also been constipated on and off to pooping alot more, my appetite has increased alot, my boob's get slightly sore every once in awhile, my can has been watery for a couple days and now it's sort of yellow and creamy. I really feel like I'm out and starting to lose hope. Someone help please!!!
