Help !!

Is cramping normal during the first few weeks of pregnancy?? Looked it up it said its normal but certain cramping can be concerning. I'm NOT spotting. I've gotten 3 positives on Friday. 1 positive On Saturday &&' This morning I got 1 positive..  Still have to go to the doctors.. I'm going to the emergency room tomorrow just to get checked.. This is my rainbow baby!! Prayers Pleasee❤️🙏🏽
