Hello to all the ladies I know who are trying to get fit for the summer. Lately I've been seeing loads of post about girls dieting and restricting themselves on the food they are in taking. I've recently lost about 28 lbs in course of four months and about 10 lbs shed off of me in course of a month from a recent lifestyle change. Okay, so my life style change was the decision to become vegan and start to really become active more. My life style consist EATING UNLIMITED raw fruit and veggies till 4  then carbing up with a good pasta or potatoes. That's right I eat a lot! And it so yummy! You don't want to cut your food back because your brain is going to tell your body that it needs to store the foods you put in it because it is not being nourished. But if you give your body the nourishing food it needs your body will burn it instead of storing. Vegan is best way to lose weight if that is what you want. All animal foods are high in saturated animal fat even the lean meats you seriously can't escape it. Personal I think it is murder and don't plan on putting a cooked dead carcass  in my body or mouth. And for being active I started running and cycling and lots of resistance trading for tone and definition. I have seriously never felt as good as I do now!
