PB 8 probiotic user.. Question..
I just started taking pb 8 brand probiotics yesterday. It says take 2 capsules daily. Do you take them at once or 1 in the morning and 1 at night? Also, did it make anyones mouth taste a little different? I have only taken 1 day dose so far.
