Healing from episiotomy

So I'm just over 3 weeks pp and when I delivered, I was given a small cut (6 stitches) so that I wouldn't get a 3rd/4th degree tear. I'm still sore down below, and I can really feel pressure if I've been on my feet for too long. Anyways, I checked my stitches and it looks like they have dissolved but I noticed there are these bumps of skin where the stitches were (they look like little hemmroids). The last couple of days I've felt itchy down there and kind of a burning sensation. I know I don't have a bladder infection so I'm not sure what it could be. If the feeling is connected to those "bumps". Has anybody gone through this?
