Over coming miscarriage

Hi ladies I'm new here ... Just wanted alil insight my husband and I have been trying for 3 years for a baby of our own I have 3 daughters from previous relationship whom my husband has adopted but I just really wanted one that was ours this past august it finally happen I was so excited sadly tho I miscarried our son I was devastated angry and all the above today I'm better at least can talk about it but its still hard at times I just looking for insight on things to stay positive oR maybe what's helped others thanks for listsening
