How long?

I just wanted to know, if you and your SO are trying, how long have you been TTC or how long did it take you to get a BFP. My husband and I have been trying for more than 6 mo. Is there any advice you can give? Do the OPKs help? I've heard people have had good success with the preseed. I'm not really a worrier about it I know it'll happen when it happens. Just wondering if there is anything extra I can be doing. Thanks ladies!
