Does Tracking Stress You Out?

I've found over the last few months of tracking CM, BBT, using opk's, all of that stuff,  that doing all of that stresses me out more.
When something doesn't line up with what I know should be based on the timing of the month and my own body, it freaks me out. I'm wondering if I should quit tracking everything and just let my body do what it's gonna do.
