When does the bleeding stop?

It has now been 10 days since I started to miscarry. 2 days ago I didnt bleed at all. I started bleeding again the next day and still am. It is a mixture of brown spotting and then light bleeding like a period now. I am ready to get through this so we can move on and start TTC again.. you ladies that have had to experience this before, how long did your bleeding last? Also, how long did it take to get your period back? ( my Doc recommends we wait 2 cycles before TTC again)
