Unusual pains?

I am 8 wks 4 days with my 4th pregnancy, 2nd baby, and have had a miscarriage twice. My miscarriages have unknown causes and occured between 3-5 wks.

Right now i am experiencing pressure vaginally and where my csection scar is located, low fevers off and on, moderate to severe lower back pain, and pretty extreme exhaustion too for about 5 days.

Has anyone else experienced or currently experiencing this?
