Irregular after starting unprotected sex, please help😔

My husband and I got married in June, since then my periods have never been on time, they have skipped months and they have basically been MIA for lack of a better term. We went to the doctor about 4 months ago and he didn't seem to be worried at all, seemed to think getting married was stressing me out. I don't really agree.. I'm not stressed. The only thing that has changed is he actually cums in me. No I am not pregnant, I have tested throughout this entire month of being late and all tests have been negative.
