Baby slings?!

I really wanna get a fabric wrap baby sling for little Violet when she's here  but have no idea what to look for or what's good! Any of you other mummy's or mummy's to be got any suggestions? 💜

You can just buy 6 yards of jersey fabric and cut it down the middle the long way and you can use that. You don't have to sew the edges or anything. I have a Boba. And I liked it in the winter. But not in the summer. It was too hot.

Look for a local baby wearing group on Facebook. Espeially if they are BWI certified they will likely have a library where you can rent different styles/fabrics/lengths of carriers for a small fee.
There is also the baby wearing swap on Facebook. Where people sell their baby carriers. And also baby wearing on a budget, which is all carriers under 100 dollars.
Sakura bloom is a popular ring sling brand. But many people prefer ring slings that are made from a woven wrap. Girasol Diddymos Natibaby are popular wrap brands and there are many many more.
Our baby wearing group was such a good resource for me. Leaders teaching different carries at meetings and just a general sense of support. Learning all the different types of carriers etc. I really recommend looking into one near you :)

I ordered a baby k'tan mesh wrap & really wanted to love it. But because it's not adjustable, I ended up returning it. It just didn't offer the flexibility & support I wanted. I met up w/a high school girlfriend, who is a doula & is now training for midwifery, and who owns a shop selling maternity/baby wear/mama wear/etc. She showed me different products & skated her experiences with different items. Based on that, I bought the boba wrap. It seems overwhelming at first, but I love it! You control baby's position, the support, etc. If you're the crafty kind (which I'm not!), you could make your own for, I'm assuming, less money!

I have a Snugg Bug, and I don't know if I would recommend it. I wouldn't consider myself large by any means (155 pounds and barely any boobs), and I barely have enough fabric left to tie it together! I love the idea and how it holds the baby, but I think it should be bigger.
