Hcg going up!

Abby.
Had blood test Thursday to confirm pregnancy but was only hcg of 50 (day before missed period) had follow up blood work today and hcg increased to 285.7 which they said is perfect! So wanting to celebrate and tell family on Easter but wondering if I should wait? Anyone else telling before 12 weeks?
