When did you have your first ultrasound??

I'm five weeks and  just made an apt today to see a obgyn? Said they are going to do a blood test and medical history. On April 19th.

They originally thought I was 3-4 weeks but I was cramping and my doc ordered an ultrasound for today and turns out I'm 6w2d and seen the heartbeat!

I had my first appointment today. Going off last period I am 6 weeks. Going off US I am closer to 4.5 - 5 weeks.

I had my first ultrasound when we went in to verify the pregnancy at 6 weeks. They only did the ultrasound because I was spotting and cramping for a couple of weeks beforehand. But baby had a healthy heartbeat and we set up our next app in three more weeks.

I've seen my doc but only for blood work and to get acquainted because we recently moved and I'm a new patient. I don't go back until April 13th when I'm 10 weeks for an ultrasound and the general physical.
