Hydration alternatives!
I thought I would post some helpful advice on how to stay hydrated during pregnancy.
I know drinking water is the best way but after finishing my first trimester I've learned different healthy ways to stay hydrated.
Anyways I found that eating and drinking WATERMELON juice was an awesome way to stay hydrated while reducing acid reflux, also it has many nutrients baby needs as well.
COCONUT WATER also helped me so much when I didn't want boring water anymore lol
I bought the harmless harvest coconut water, that is the best & purest in my opinion, also tasted delicious lol. It has many nutrients as well and without all the added sugar that you normally find in fruit juices.
Watermelon and coconut really made a huge difference towards the end of my first trimester, especially since I was dealing with hyperemises. Helped me stay hydrated and it tasted so good compared to water while providing a lot of vitamins and minerals.
I hope these two other options work for any of y'all, I know it all depends on any aversions you might have, but hopefully one of these works!
