Seven seas vitamins

So we have been ttc since June last year, this month when af came I got so upset. I understand some people have been trying a lot longer than this and can't even imagine how they feel.

So my husband has bought me seven seas trying for a baby tablets and I'm really hoping they work. Has anyone here used them before successfully conceiving? I feel like I'm starting to lose hope now.
