Scared

Okay, I performed oral on a guy that I know Wednesday night. Two days later I woke up with a bump on my inner top lip. It didn't hurt or anything, not noticeable at all, but if I ran my tongue across it I could feel it. The next day I got another on my inner bottom lip but that one disappeared a few hours after. It's Tuesday morning now and the one on my top lip is basically gone. I haven't had any crazy symptoms, but I'm kind of paranoid about what it could mean. I've never had a cold sore before either, so I'm not sure if that could have been it. It went away fairly quickly.
