Charting and ovulation
Good morning all!
Just a quick question... I started tracking my bbt last month and I'm still trying to wrap my head around it all. I see two days where my temp spiked but was curious if anyone knows what day I may have ovulated based on my chart below. Any comments would be appreciated! Thanks 😊
