I need help

So within the last two months I've had sex with three guys and now my poor girl (down there) is super sore and itchy I've had this happen once before and I just had to wait it out but I was wondering if anyone else has gone through this I'm sure a lot of you girl will judge me and be mean but I have to talk about this I know I'm not alone
