Hi! I'm a 14 year old virgin and I'm just curious on your thoughts on sex at this age. Bad idea? Or whenever your comfortable?

My opinion is whenever you feel comfortable. Don't push yourself to do it because everyone else is. You have something right now that a lot of people can't say that they do have. Hold on to it until you're comfortable and you feel like you're ready. Just make sure that you use protection. I was in your shoes before, I was 14 and mostly the only virgin out of all of my friends, I was still a virgin when they were pregnant also. Nothing to be ashamed of, I held onto something no one else had until I met the love of my life.

I was 14 actually just turned 14 when I lost my virginity the guy I was dating at the time broke up with me a week after we had sex... I really wish I would have waited for the guy I'm with now. He lost his virginity to me and I couldn't say the same. Loosing my virginity so young messed me up very badly emotionally. I felt ashamed of my own body etc. I know it may not seem like that big of a deal but as you get older you'll be thanking yourself for waiting for the right guy.

It may seem like a good idea now even if you're comfortable but most likely you'll regret it. I lost mine at 17 and still regret it. There's so many more important things to worry about at your age and fun things to do. Don't rush.

I would say yes, in my opinion it's too young, but I can't stop you if you're gonna do it.

Sex is a big deal. It changes you. Make sure you're completely informed about birth control and safe sex. USE PROTECTION.

Baby girl, right now you need to focus on your beautiful self. Boys will say anything to get you to have sex with them. I was 17 when I lost mine. I got taken advantage of. When I remember my life before sex there was a lot of happiness and less worries. Like prego scares and what not. Live your life and wait. Obviously you're still not legal to actually have full intercourse for two years. Overall tho it depends on whether you and your partner are ready. I lost my V-card at 17 and I felt it was the right time- to each their own 😊😊
