Harassment?

I know this question is stupid and I might get hate but this guy in my science class sits right beside me and at times he randomly grazes his fingers on my thigh up and down and it makes me really uncomfortable. Is it considered as harassment? (Please keep the rude comments to yourself.)

Sexual harassment. If you don't tell an adult it'll only get worse. I was in this same position and I would tell him to stop but he wouldn't. After a while it got to the point where he would grab my boobs and butt. I decided to tell someone and I wished I had sooner

That happened to me except in my graphic design class, a month later he raped me. Take this seriously and request to switch seats. Good luck
