Please help , what to do?

My last cycle was from feb 9-16. i bleed a week later from that but still in feb for some days , but i didnt cramp or have sore breast like i would with a cycle.

I had sex the hole time when i wasn't bleeding. Im now 8 days late , when my period should have showed up for this month i was spotting. I bleed for 2 days only with red and brown towards the end. It didnt fill up a tampon or panty liner you could only see it when i wipe.

The only symptoms i have are

Cold(which didnt last long)

Stuffy nose

Gassy(alot)

Hot flashes

Emotinal

Irritable

Dull ache cramps(down low)

My body seem more worm

Headaches 3 days(no meds work)

What should i do? Idk if i should test or wait till the month is over
