Possible pregnancy

So i was in birth control pills for about 3 years and i stopped during my last cycle which was june 30. Between now and then i havent gotten my period. I went to the dr a bunch of times and he told me im not ovulating. He said i wouldnt be able to conceive on my own id need medication. He wasnt helping me so i decided to get a second opinion and see what my options are. Today i went to a new gyn and she did a physical and annual exam. She then tested my urine. She told me i wasnt pregnant and it came back negative. About 20 mins later she calls me saying that it changed to postive and that im pregnant. Idk if im in denial or what but i feel like there can still be a chance im not. I dont really feel like i have symptoms unless its too soon to have them.
