CAUTION: #TMI#GRAPHIC#HELPP!!

So this is what happened when I wiped after eliminating (going #2)..it came from my butthole!! It isn't bleeding still & there wasn't blood on my bowel? So idk what's going on it doesn't seem normal..I'm 13 weeks prego and very nervous because this never happened to me before and I'm not sure if that, whatever that is, can affect baby...anybody have any advise or anythinng????!?:/
