More Relationship Options

Could we get an update to the "Relationship to Baby" choice? I'm a pregnant transgender person who isn't comfortable being called a "mother" or "father" and, while I'm not going to have a choice of what the birth certificate says, it'd be nice if there was a way for me to label myself here as a "gestational parent", or just "parent."

Having an alternative option for non-father, non-gestational parents, like lesbian partners and adopters might also be nice if the "mother" option automatically targets information toward breastfeeding, post-partum care, etc.
