NEED HELP EX BF

So I had a 5 month relationship with my ex boyfriend we liked each other in middle school and dated 9th grade year . We broke up because he was lying to me and started to do drugs and hang out with the wrong people . When I broke up with him his friends including him sent me horrific text messages , exposed me , and even pushed me in the hallway got suspended and blamed it on me . I am now in an incredible relationship that I've had for over a year now but my ex keeps tweeting about me and I wanna ask him why he did what he did to me but I don't want to get into the drama . I love my boyfriend but I feel like I just need answers from my ex . What should I do ?
