Feeling insecure

I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years now. Whenever we have sex he would want to do positions where im not facing him but i would always refuse to because i dont feel comfortable with my body from the back. I can't tell him this and i dont know why i feel bad when i say no either so i would turn the lights off sometimes... I need help:(
