Odd question?

Ok. So I'm 24 and I normally have a severely irregular period. Before January, it had been a year and 2 months since I had a period. January was so bad, I was bleeding through heavy tampons in under an hour for 7 days, had to go to the E.R. Miss work and all that fun stuff. And the last 2 months, I've been regular. No severe bleeding and no severe pain.

My question is, is it possible that something was blocked or keeping me from have a period and it finally gave way back in January?

When I went in January, they had a gyno check me and said everything was fine, just super bad. It's just been many years since its been regular for this long lol so I figured I'd post 😁

Not an off question I've been there but I've learned that there's a certain hormone that makes u release an egg which if it doesn't get fertilized become ur period you prolly wasn't producing enough of those hormones to ovulate which means no egg so no egg no period. But the body is a miraculous thing anything could've happened if your worried go see ur Doctor? And sometime even they can't figure it out lol
