No tender breasts? Should i be concerend?

Ive had tender breasts and extra sensitive nipples for roughly 2-3 weeks and now all of a sudden its stopped and hardly sore at all? Anything to be concerned about? First pregnancy! Also risk of miscarriage due to crohns disease and the medication i am on - cheers! 🙏🏼

My breasts have not been tender or sensitive this whole pregnancy from the beginning and I'm 39+5 and baby is healthy :)
