Flu & Tamiflu

Has anyone taken tamiflu during pregnancy? Gotten the flu?  What's you're experience? Thoughts?  My family DR says she wouldn't take it. My OB prescribed it and nurse says take it.  Pharmacist says he wouldn't have his wife take it. Research says they haven't had any direct connections to increases birth defects or high risks using tamiflu. But several places say flu can cause miscarriage, birth defects, etc.  My daughter has the flu and I am unsure what to do. I am 8.5 weeks preggo. What do you all think?
