Light headed and dizzy when I'm on my period
Does anybody else get really light headed and/or dizzy when they're having their period? I've been known to pass out and fall over from it before. What causes this and is there anything I can do to prevent it? (I'm not anaemic before anybody suggests that; I get tested everything 3 months because of certain tablets I'm on.)
