I have this weird bump on the inside of my bottom lip and wanted to know if anyone knows what it is?

I get those all the time. Could just be an irritated spot on your lip, maybe you but your lip there?, and it's turned into a bubble. It will probably pop soon and go away.

I had this. It's a canker sore. Painful. I use warm salt water 2 time a day. Then it finally popped on its own. I felt better after it finally popped.

It's an ulcer. I get em after eating acidic stuff as I love to literally eat lemons straight off the skin 😜 eat less acidic stuff for the time beinf
