Body hurts

This is my second pregnancy my daughter is 16 a total surprise I always thought I couldn't get pregnant again since I haven't been in 16 years I am 30 weeks and completely drained is work 12 hour days 3 days a week at the hospital on my feet all day I wanna work at least another six weeks before going out but my body hurts badly has anyone tried the belly band support do they work I'm just wondering how long I can go before I give up and just stay home
