Weird cycles

So January was my last period, which lasted 23 days 😓. In February I didn't get one and so far into March nothing either. Bout 2 weeks ago I took a pregnancy test because I thought maybe.. it was negative. There were times where I felt AF was going to start due to cramps and lower back pain but nothing. Last night I was having weird stomach pains that I never had before and I was super starving. I'm not on any medication right now and don't have insurance at the moment. I'm just curious if anyone has weird cycles like this also.
