Needs some input

Ok so normally I would never even consider using a douche kit but idk. So here's my situation. I was started on depo the being of last year and wasn't told about the effects of ttc after it. So I only got the one shot. For months I didn't have a period so I talked to my doctor about it and he put me on bc for a couple of months to regulate me. It worked for those months I was on it but when I stopped so did my period again. My period was 2 months late and finally started. I went through a week of bleeding and it stopped now it's starting and stopping. So sick of going to the bathroom to find my panties dirty. Do you guys think it would be ok to douche just once just to flush all the old and excess crap out?
