Morning Sickness ?

Has anyone ever thought they were sick come to find out they were preggo and didn't know ?? Because I think I have the flu but I think I could jus be pregnant .. I've been nauseous , my body is rejecting any food or water , I have bad headaches and stomach cramps , and these cramps are to the point where I'm crying ... Anyone else ??
