I would find a lighter blue stripe or even forgo the blue in the stripe and go light grey and white stripe. It will be softer visually and not take away from other design elements in the nursery, like those adorable curtains! 
Especially if you're doing three walls in the stripe and just one in the stars, a lighter stripe will be less overwhelming. The concept is super cute though! :)

Just the stars. Are you planning on using both? If so, it kind looks like an Americana theme (stars and stripes). If you're going for the whinnie the pooh, I would stick with only the star wallpaper, not the striped one.
