Weird feelings?

Has anyone just felt pregnant before? Not really showing any symptoms but able to feel that there is something different with your body?

My boyfriend and I have been ttc for nearly a month, I have a very irregular cycle, I haven't had a period since December, and I have no idea when I ovulate, so we're kind of just winging it. We thought I might have been a couple weeks ago, but it was false positives with blue dye tests (blood test confirmed.) Now we're thinking I was ovulating a couple weeks ago, and may have conceived. I cramped for a couple days, and had VERY light spotting (a very light pink tinge when I wiped first thing in the morning, but nothing in the evening.) My boyfriend is an LPN and says my stomach is tighter than normal/tighter than it should be. He also laid his head on my stomach and said I was running about 140bpm at my stomach, but 90bpm at my neck. (His words: I swear I think I hear another heartbeat)

I know none of those are really signs of anything, but before these things started, I just had a strange feeling, and so did my boyfriend. No rude comments or anything, kinda just venting and seeing if anyone else has had any feelings.
