What is this on my belly

At first i felt a bump now this lump.. I'm freaking out about to go to the e.r... Anyone know whats going on with my belly?????

Is it warm to the touch and itchy? Looks like cellulitis .. not saying it is but that's why my skin looked like when I would have episodes .. its an infection under the skin. Antibiotics and sometimes they need to be drained . But I'm just going based on ur picture I coukd be completly wrong
