Leaking fluid?

I'm getting loads of labor signs for the passed week. Now tonight I've felt abnormally wet down there. I went pee and just sat there for a bit. I kept trickling little bits but I couldn't tell if it was coming from my vagina but I've never had this problem when urinating and my bladder was empty. Does this sound like leaking fluid? I'm going into the doctor in the morning but I'm just wondering if this is what it is.
