Am I wrong though

Me and and a co-worker were really tight at one point and time. Purely a friendship. We now share the same friends as well. We had a little fall out and stopped hanging out as much. He started dating someone and even though we've had a fall out his gf has something against me. Tonight I met up with our friends and him and another guy came out to smoke and meet up with me. She got mad and they ended up taking off shortly after. If we have never done anything and everyone knows I would never do anything to disrespect my husband or our marriage is it wrong for me to be upset that some how me coming was an issue? I think it just bugs me. Like we are all friends and now we have to pick and choose who does what together when there shouldn't even be a problem to begin with.
