BRAXTON HICKS OR LABOR?

Sorry if I sound ridiculous or anything, but I'm 32 1/2 weeks pregnant and experiencing terrible menstrual cramp like pain but only on one side. They started suddenly and last about a minute or so each. They come every 7-10 minutes or so.very painful, but no unbearable.

I'm gonna say braxton Hicks but if you're really worried call your midwife and see what they say, I got horrid braxton Hicks from 30+ weeks and ended up in labour at 40+4. You'll know the difference!

I'd say Brixton hicks tbh. You would know if it was labour. Then again may be slow labour. If your worried I'd suggest seeing a doctor/midwife etc? Good luck x

If they stay consistently apart or get closer, or stronger, get to the hospital. I thought I was having Braxton hicks at 38 weeks because mine were like that but consistent. I even laid down and when I did they got farther apart so I dozed off. Woke up 2 hours later with hardcore 2 minute apart contractions and baby was born 2 hours later. Not trying to freak you out, just want you to be aware. Keep timing.

It sounds like Braxton hicks. If it gets worse I would go get checked out

They usually say that Braxton Hicks is felt entirely in the front, where true labor starts in the back and possibly moves around. My OB suggests sitting down, putting your feet up, and drinking water. If they don't get better in 10-20 minutes it could be true labor.
