Lost my engagement ring!

I'm so totally devastated! I can't find my engagement ring anywhere. I don't wear it much as I'm a nurse and we can't wear it at work. Normally just wear my wedding band, it never comes off.

I went to wear it today and I can't find it anywhere. I never ever take it off outside the house. But I'm worried my robot vacuum has sucked it up and it's been inadvertently thrown out.

My husband is angry at me, like I did it on purpose. Saying "you've lost one of the most expensive and symbolic things you'll ever own" and "that ring is supposed to represent us".

I've spent the last hour or so crying I'm so upset. I know it's not all pregnancy hormones, I'm absolutely devastated.

It is insured. But I don't want a new ring, I want my ring!
