Everyone is pregnant 😢

We have been trying for 16 cycles and nothing. A friend from high school just posted she is expecting (I already knew cause she told me when we recently saw each other). My best friend is pregnant. They both tried once and bam, pregnant. I am so happy for them and it's wonderful it happened so quick for them but it still makes me sad. When is our time going to come. I have been tested for a couple of things and I ovulate. Any advice?
